Zeven jaar geleden werd ik op slag verliefd op dit appartement toen ik voor het eerst de woonkamer instapte en het adembenemende uitzicht over het Roomburgerpark zag. Nu vertrek ik met dubbele gevoelens naar een nieuw avontuur in Den Haag, maar met vele mooie herinneringen van deze fijne plek.
De afgelopen jaren heb ik dagelijks genoten van het prachtige uitzicht. Of je nu kijkt naar de bootjes die voorbij varen of de spelende honden in het park, er is altijd wat leuks te zien. Zodra de zon zich laat zien, tot aan zonsondergang, kan je dankzij de beschutte ligging op het zuidwesten al van april tot aan oktober heerlijk in het zonnetje zitten op het balkon.
Verder is het appartementencomplex goed georganiseerd en is er een fijne sfeer onder de bewoners. Tot slot, is de groene wijk aagenaam rustig voor een dagelijkse ommetje langs het kanaal, het singelpark of door het nabijgelegen Polderpark Cronesteyn.

Seven years ago I immediately fell in love with this apartment when I first stepped into the living room and saw the breathtaking view over the Roomburger Park. Now I am leaving with mixed feelings for a new adventure in The Hague, but with many wonderful memories of this wonderful place.
In recent years I have enjoyed the beautiful view every day. Whether you look at the boats sailing by or the dogs playing in the park, there is always something fun to see. As soon as the sun comes out, until sunset, thanks to the sheltered southwest location, you can sit in the sun on the balcony from April to October.
Furthermore, the apartment complex is well organized and there is a nice atmosphere among the residents. Finally, the green district is surprisingly quiet for a daily stroll along the canal, the Singelpark or through the nearby Polderpark Cronesteyn.
